Open the file in Chrome → DevTools (F12) → Toggle device toolbar (Ctrl+Shift+M) → Click "Responsive" dropdown → Add custom device → Set width & height to the file's dimensions → Take screenshot (Ctrl+Shift+P → "Capture full size screenshot").
